We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return them.
For your order to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with labels, and in the original duster bag. You'll also need to send proof of purchase with your return.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com, stating your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we'll send you returns information and an address to send your package. Unfortunately, at this stage, we cannot offer free returns, so the cost of shipping is the customers' responsibility. Please be aware that we will not accept items sent back to us without first requesting the return, and we do not accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded in full (excluding shipping costs) on your original payment method. Please be aware that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
